Praise Mountain

A tiny cabin nestled among towering pines,
offering a quiet and secluded place to slow down and be still.

Tucked among the pine trees, Zacchaeus Cabin offers a simple and peaceful place for one or two guests seeking quiet, solitude, and time away. Though small in size, the cabin provides a comfortable and welcoming space to step back from the demands of everyday life and enter the stillness of God’s presence on the mountain.

The Spirit of Praise Mountain

For more than thirty years, Praise Mountain has been a place set apart for prayer, reflection, fasting, worship, and spiritual renewal.

Guests come from many different churches and walks of life, united by a shared desire to step away from the ordinary and make space to encounter God. While fasting has long been part of the spiritual heritage of the mountain, we invite each guest to engage this practice according to their own convictions, traditions, and physical needs.

As you spend time on the mountain, we simply ask that you help preserve the quiet and peaceful atmosphere that has blessed generations of those who have come seeking God by approaching your stay with openness, expectation, and grace.

Before You Arrive

To help us keep costs low, we ask guests to bring:

Please note:

  • Cell service is limited throughout the property.
  • WiFi is not available in the cabins.
  • Wildlife is common, including deer, elk, foxes, ground squirrels, coyotes, and occasionally bears.

Supporting Praise Mountain

Praise Mountain is a nonprofit ministry sustained through the generosity of those who come seeking rest, renewal, and the presence of God.

If you choose to stay with us, a suggested donation of $35 per person, per night helps us care for the property and preserve this quiet place for future guests. We invite each guest to give according to their circumstances and desire to support the ministry. Every gift, regardless of amount, is deeply appreciated.
