1. About Praise Mountain

Praise Mountain is a Colorado nonprofit Christian ministry dedicated to providing a quiet mountain setting for prayer, reflection, fasting, worship, and spiritual renewal. Our property includes cabins, prayer spaces, walking trails, and forested areas where individuals and groups may step away from the demands of everyday life to seek God.

By submitting a reservation request, visiting the property, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

All visits require a confirmed reservation.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a reservation. Requests are reviewed individually and are subject to availability and confirmation by Praise Mountain.

Praise Mountain reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel reservations when necessary, including when a requested stay is inconsistent with the purpose of the ministry or when unforeseen circumstances affect accommodations.

3. During Your Stay

Praise Mountain exists to provide a peaceful environment for prayer, reflection, fasting, worship, and spiritual renewal.

Guests agree to help preserve the quiet atmosphere of the property by respecting the privacy of others, caring for the facilities, and following any posted property guidelines.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted anywhere on the property out of consideration for other guests and the significant wildfire risk in the Colorado mountains.

Pets are not permitted in order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property and to accommodate guests with allergies. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. If you have questions about your situation, please contact us before making a reservation.

Praise Mountain is intentionally designed as a quiet place for prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal. Because of this, the property may not be the best fit for young children. Families are welcome to contact us before booking so we can help determine whether Praise Mountain is an appropriate setting for their visit.

Praise Mountain reserves the right to end a guest's stay if conduct significantly disrupts the peaceful purpose of the property or creates safety concerns for other guests.

4. Accommodations

Information regarding each cabin, available amenities, occupancy limits, and items guests should bring is provided on the individual accommodation pages of this website.

Facilities, amenities, and accommodations are subject to availability and may change without notice.

5. Fasting and Personal Responsibility

Fasting has long been part of the spiritual heritage of Praise Mountain. Guests who choose to fast do so according to their personal convictions, traditions, and physical needs, in whatever form best supports their time of prayer and seeking God.

Praise Mountain does not provide medical supervision, medical advice, or nutritional counseling.

Guests with medical conditions, those who are pregnant, elderly, or otherwise medically vulnerable, should consult their healthcare provider to determine what practices are appropriate for their individual health and circumstances.

6. Health, Altitude, and Safety

Praise Mountain is located at approximately 8,900 feet above sea level in the Colorado mountains.

Guests acknowledge that mountain environments present inherent risks, including altitude-related illness, changing weather, uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, and other natural hazards.

Guests are responsible for bringing any medications or personal supplies needed during their stay and for determining what level of participation is appropriate for their individual health.

7. Donations

Praise Mountain is a nonprofit ministry supported entirely through the generosity of those who stay here.

While the suggested donation is $35 per night, each guest is welcome to give according to their circumstances and desire to support the ministry.

Donations may be made by cash or check in the donation box located in your cabin, or securely online HERE.

Unless otherwise stated, donations made during a guest's stay are considered voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable once a stay has begun.

Praise Mountain is a Colorado nonprofit corporation. Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. Guests should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.

8. Assumption of Risk

By visiting or staying at Praise Mountain, guests acknowledge that the property includes forest, meadow, mountain terrain, wildlife habitat, walking trails, and other natural environments.

Guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with these conditions and agree that Praise Mountain, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from a guest's visit except where required by applicable law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
